I have lived in Yeovil , (and used this surgery), for 30 years and I must say that I have had excellent service from the doctors, nurses, health care assistants. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Hogben although retired now treated myself my grandma and father we all felt he didn't want to do his job. So him leaving is the best thing to happen at this surgery but the worse thing is that they have merged with boots so have alaod more patients which has only ment the quality of service had got worse. Over the years I have spent easily an hour waiting to see the doctor at times I found it impossible to get an appointment. Phone always engaged, receptionist can be very unhelpful depending on who on. Always problems with the system collecting your medication I saw the doctor on the Friday I needed my epelepsy medication i ended up waiting untill Thursday before collecting it.
